Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible after it is received, although some delays can occur during busy periods. Delivery is generally within 2 to 3 working days from the day you complete your order but during busy periods it may take 3-5 working days to despatch. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us and during busy periods 5-7 days.
Occasionally, we may have to send part of the order whilst we are waiting for the remaining items to come back into stock. In these instances we do not make any further shipping charge when dispatching the remainder of the order for UK Mainland orders. If there is likely to be any undue delay we will attempt to contact you via phone or e-mail.
Larger items may be sent using a parcel carrier.
All prices include V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) at 20% unless stated otherwise and are shown in British Pounds (GBP).
You may cancel your order, in writing (post, e-mail), at any time within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
The goods must be returned, unused and in the same condition as you received them, at your expense. We will refund you the cost of the goods and the original carriage costs if you are returning all items on your order.
Please do not send any goods back without contacting us first. We will need to initiate a returns procedure to ensure that the returned goods are identified and that any refund or exchange is done as quickly as possible.
